Cheyenne-Laramie County Public Health (CLCPH) will host a community vaccine clinic on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Blue World Headquarters, located at 2401 East Pershing Boulevard in Cheyenne. The clinic will offer flu, COVID-19, and RSV vaccines to eligible community members.
Respiratory illnesses such as flu, COVID-19, and RSV are most common in the fall and winter, and public health experts emphasize that getting vaccinated in September or October provides the best protection before virus activity peaks.
“Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself, your family, and our community,” said Cheyenne Laramie County Public Health Director of Nursing, Kasey Mullins, MSN, RN. “With flu, COVID-19, and RSV expected to circulate again this fall and winter, now is the time to get vaccinated before we enter into the respiratory illness season.”
The flu vaccine is available for everyone six months and older, the COVID-19 vaccine is available to everyone five years and older, and the RSV vaccine is available to adults 60 and older at this community clinic.
“Making vaccines easy to access is an important part of keeping our community healthy,” said Mullins. “We encourage everyone who is eligible to take advantage of this opportunity and get vaccinated in one convenient stop.”
All vaccines may be given at the same appointment when appropriate, which helps people to get up-to-date quickly. Community members are encouraged to bring a photo ID and insurance card if available. CLCPH accepts most major insurance and is now accepting TRICARE. Programs are available to assist with costs for people without insurance.
