Carpenter Elementary School Vaccine Clinic

CLCPH will be at Carpenter Elementary from 8-8:30 a.m. with all age appropriate vaccines for children aged 10-12.
CLCPH will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. We will reopen on Monday, December 2 at 8 a.m.
