Our in-person childbirth classes help parents-to-be feel confident and prepared for labor, delivery, and life with a newborn. Taught by experienced RNs from our Maternal Child Health team, this three-class series covers what to expect during childbirth, comfort and coping techniques, postpartum recovery and newborn basics.

A new series begins each month, and participants are encouraged to attend all three classes. Classes are open to expecting parents and their support person.

There is no cost to attend the class for patients of Cheyenne OB GYN and Cheyenne Women’s Clinic thanks to sponsorships. A $20 fee covers the cost of materials for patients of other providers.
