In-person childbirth classes at Cheyenne Laramie County Public Health, 100 Central Avenue. This childbirth class is a three-part series, which starts each month. Classes are on the first, second and third Tuesday of the month from 4pm to 7pm.

Topics include labor, delivery, post-delivery care, breastfeeding, and early newborn care.

Free to patients of Cheyenne OBGYN and Cheyenne Women’s Clinic thanks to sponsorships. The cost is $20 to cover materials, for patients of other providers.
